Cancellations

Cancellations which we are  informed of more than 60days before arrival will receive a 100% refund, between 30 and 60 days from arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations of less than 30 days notice will receive no refund.

Dogs are welcome by prior appointment but must not be left in the cottage on their own during your stay, they must also be on a lead at all times they are outside the cottage due to the close proximity to our livestock. Please note there is no enclosed area adjoining the cottage.
