The Byre, a 3 bedroom steading conversion is set on a working farm just outside the small village of Lumsden which is between the towns of Alford and Huntly.

The three bedrooms all have ensuite shower rooms.

Bedroom 1 has a Super King size zip and link bed that will split to make 2 singles, it has been designed to allow enough room for wheelchair users as has its ensuite wet room which is fitted out with grab handles and frames and a fold up shower seat if these should be needed.

Bedroom 2 has a King size zip and link bed that will split to make 2 singles again with ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 3 has a Double bed again with an ensuite with extra large shower.

The cottage is all on one level with no steps inside or out.

The open plan Kitchen/Living room has a large dining table (to seat 6) as well as comfortable sofas to relax in and enjoy the views of the surrounding hills. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the utensils and equipment you may need.

The property is double glazed with underfloor heating with thermostats in every room to give you your optimum temperature. There is also a wood burning stove, Smart TV and wireless internet.

Outside the Patio doors is a paved patio area with ajoining lawn where you can relax and enjoy the fields of animals and wildlife on the farm or just enjoy the quiet and take in the view.

Adjoining the cottage is a large drying room with a dryer to compliment the washing machine and plenty of space to dry outdoor clothing or for the storage of fishing gear (access to a large freezer is available for your catch), bicycles or similar equipment, immediately outside is an electric car charging point.
